Introduction to Jinyi

      Zhaoqing Gaoyao Jinyi Fiber Co., Ltd. is a joint venture between China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan with a registered capital of HK$90 million. It was registered and incorporated in Zhaoqing Industry ，on August 1st, 2001. The facility is located in the industrial park of Jindu Town in Gaoyao District of Zhaoqing City, Guangdong. The company mainly produces differentiaI   chemical fibers, elastic nylon, and polyester, and manages the dyeing and finishing of the above products. It is a high-tech enterprise. The plant's area is 80,000 square meters, and its monthly production capacity is 600 tons. 

     The company's main products are: 
     1. Nylon series: 70D/1, 70D/2, 100D/1, 100D/2, 40D/1, 40D/2, 50D/1, 50D/2 and other colored and natural white nylon yarns. 

     2. Spandex series: DuPont lycra, transparent spandex, 1570, 1870, 2030, 2040, 2070, 2075, 3070, 4070, 4075, and other specifications of nylon, colored polyester, and natural color spandex. 

     3. Polyester series: 75D, 100D, 150D, 300D, and other elastic colored polyester yarns. 

     4. New type of elastic nylon and polyester twisted and covered colored yarn, as well as recycled，elastic color nylon and polyester .

      The company possesses advanced technology and solid technical capabilities. It has four German Barmag spinning production lines, twelve Italian RPR texturing machines, and an advanced fully computerized automatic control dyeing vat. Dyeing and chemical materials and auxiliaries adopt advanced environmentally friendly products that meet OEKO-TEX certification standards. 

       Our nylon products have bright color, minimal vat difference, high dye fastness。 Washing fastness, dry-wet rubbing fastness, and dryheat fastness up to grades 4~5; Light  fastness can  reach grade 3 or higher (including dark and light colors). Product quality is stable, reaction speed is quick (24-36 hours to submit color sample, 3-5 days to submit Lot sample and 5-7 days for large orders).
